Privacy Policy

Bumble Screen respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through bumblescreen.com.sg, why, and the choices you have under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

1. What we collect

When you send an enquiry through our contact form, we collect your name, phone number, the product you are interested in, and any message you write. If you message us on WhatsApp, we see your WhatsApp number, name and the content of your messages. Our site also collects technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit.

2. Why we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, arrange a free site assessment and doorstep demo, prepare a quotation, schedule installation, and provide after-sales service. We do not use your data for anything unrelated without asking you first.

3. Consent

By submitting the form or messaging us, you consent to us collecting, using and disclosing your data for these purposes. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@bumblescreen.com.sg. We will tell you what that means for our ability to help you, and stop within 10 business days where we can.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, for example our website host, our email provider, WhatsApp (Meta) for messaging, Google for advertising and analytics, and Cloudflare for spam protection on our forms. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

5. Cookies and analytics

Our site uses cookies and similar tools. Google Analytics and Google Ads help us see how visitors use the site and measure whether our advertising works. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may work less well if you do.

6. Where data is stored

Our website is hosted on servers in Malaysia, and our service providers may process data in other countries. We take reasonable steps so that your data receives a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA.

7. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as we need it for the purposes above, normally up to 24 months after our last contact, or longer where the law requires records (for example for tax and warranty purposes). After that we delete or anonymise it.

8. Security

We protect your data with access controls and encrypted connections (HTTPS). No online system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we act quickly if something goes wrong.

9. Your rights

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to correct it. Email info@bumblescreen.com.sg and we will respond within 30 days.
