Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to your use of bumblescreen.com.sg and to quotations and orders from Bumble Screen ([legal business name], UEN [number]). By using the site or placing an order, you accept them.

1. Website information

Product descriptions, photos and specifications on this site are for general guidance. Colours may differ slightly from what you see on screen. Final specifications, sizes and finishes are confirmed in your written quotation. The site does not display fixed prices, because the cost depends on the size and number of openings.

2. Enquiries and site assessment

Our site assessment and doorstep demo are free and carry no obligation. Our team measures your openings and recommends a suitable product. Measurements taken by us are used for your quotation.

3. Quotations

A quotation is valid for 14 days from its date. It becomes a contract when you accept it in writing (WhatsApp or email is fine) and pay the deposit. We may revise a quotation if the site conditions differ from what we assessed.

4. Payment

A deposit is payable on confirmation of the order, and the balance is due on completion of installation. Payment methods and amounts are stated in your quotation. We may charge a late fee on overdue balances, as stated in the quotation.

5. Manufacturing and installation

Products are made to measure. Once production has started, orders cannot normally be cancelled or changed, and the deposit may not be refundable. Installation dates are agreed with you and depend on production and access to your home. Please tell us at least 2 days ahead if you need to reschedule.

6. Warranty

We warrant our workmanship for [X] months from installation and the aluminium parts for [Y] years. The warranty covers defects in materials and installation. It does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, pets, modifications by others, or normal wear of the mesh.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected product or service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Insect screens reduce, but cannot guarantee to eliminate, insects entering a home.

8. Intellectual property

The text, photos, logos and design on this site belong to Bumble Screen or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

9. Privacy

How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the Singapore courts have non exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
